Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit any Poh Heng boutique with your original tax invoice and authenticity certificate to begin the return process.

  Quality Inspection

  Our master jewelers will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

  Select Exchange or Refund

  Choose to exchange your piece for another exquisite design of equal or higher value, or opt for a refund issued via the original payment method.

• 4.
  Final Confirmation

  Once the inspection is successful, you will receive a confirmation receipt and your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
